Accessibility Statement
Quick Summary
- We are committed to making Rakomi accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.
- We voluntarily target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance.
- We publish this statement voluntarily. CRE8EVE's services are excluded from the Polish Act of 26 April 2024 as services of a micro-enterprise (Art. 4(1)) — we are under no statutory obligation to publish it, yet we do so in the interest of transparency.
- If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us at dpo@rakomi.com.
Effective Date: 2026-07-18 Version: 3
1. Scope
This accessibility statement applies to the following digital properties operated by CRE8EVE Sp. z o.o.:
- Landing site — rakomi.com (public informational website)
- Operator dashboard — dashboard.rakomi.com (tenant management interface)
- End-user authentication and account screens — accounts.rakomi.com (login, registration, consent, and password reset pages served to end-users of tenant applications)
- Documentation site — rakomi.dev
- API — api.rakomi.com (programmatic interface; accessibility applies to error messages and documentation, not raw API responses)
2. Conformance Status
Partial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. As a voluntary reference benchmark we also apply EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (a widely used accessibility standard) — solely as a benchmark, without assuming any obligation arising from the regime from which we are exempt (see §4).
"Partial conformance" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. A comprehensive third-party audit has not yet been performed. Our assessment is based on self-evaluation using automated tools and manual testing.
We aspire to full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as we continue to improve our platform.
3. Non-Accessible Content
Through self-assessment (§5) we have identified the following known accessibility limitations. We disclose them honestly, together with the class of the issue and the surface it affects:
| Area | Known Limitation | Remediation |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard data tables | Complex tables may lack full screen reader navigation | Improve ARIA roles and table semantics |
| Chart visualisations | Metric charts may not have text alternatives | Add data tables as alternatives to charts |
| Third-party OAuth screens | Google OAuth consent screen is outside our control | N/A — controlled by Google |
| PDF exports (DPA, compliance) | Generated PDFs may not be fully tagged | Investigate accessible PDF generation |
Previously disclosed limitations concerning text contrast (WCAG 2.1 SC 1.4.3), non-text contrast (SC 1.4.11) and reflow (SC 1.4.10) have been addressed in the shared design system used by the surfaces previously named for those items (authentication and account screens, the operator dashboard, and the landing site rakomi.com); on the landing site rakomi.com these criteria have additionally been verified page-by-page through our automated self-assessment (§5), and the remaining surfaces remain subject to the same ongoing assessment. We no longer list these classes as known limitations. The documentation site and the API error/documentation surfaces are also subject to that ongoing assessment; beyond the items listed above we have not identified separate known issues of this class for them.
Content not within the scope of this statement: third-party services (Google OAuth screens), content provided by tenants, and user-generated content within tenant applications.
4. Exemption Basis
Under Art. 4(1) of the Polish Act of 26 April 2024 (Dz.U. 2024 poz. 731), that Act does not apply to services offered or provided by micro-enterprises. CRE8EVE Sp. z o.o. currently meets the micro-enterprise criteria, so the company's services are excluded from that Act in its entirety.
Micro-enterprise criteria (per Art. 7(1)(1) of the Polish Act of 6 March 2018 — Entrepreneurs' Law): an entrepreneur that meets both of the following conditions — (a) it employed, on average per year, fewer than 10 employees, and (b) its annual net turnover did not exceed the equivalent of EUR 2 million or its balance-sheet total did not exceed the equivalent of EUR 2 million. CRE8EVE meets these criteria.
Because we are exempt from the Act, we are under no statutory obligation to prepare and publish this statement — we do so voluntarily, in the interest of transparency and accessibility for all users.
End-user-facing authentication screens (login, registration, consent) are consumer-facing and remain within the scope of this statement (§1). We proactively work toward their accessibility to support tenants whose entire service chain should be accessible.
5. Assessment Method
- Self-assessment carried out using automated accessibility testing tools, based on the WCAG evaluation methodology (WCAG-EM), complemented by manual verification (keyboard navigation and screen reader). Automated evaluation detects a portion of accessibility barriers and does not replace a full manual audit.
- Date of last assessment / review: 2026-07-18.
A formal third-party accessibility audit is planned as part of our production readiness programme.
6. Review Frequency
This accessibility statement and our conformance status will be reviewed annually and updated after each significant platform release or accessibility audit.
7. Technologies Used
The following technologies are relied upon for conformance:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (React / Next.js)
- WAI-ARIA 1.2
- SVG (for icons and graphics)
8. Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Rakomi. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement:
- Email: dpo@rakomi.com
- Subject line: "Accessibility Feedback"
- Response time: We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If your issue is urgent (e.g., you are unable to complete authentication), please include "URGENT" in the subject line.
9. Enforcement and Complaint Procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you may file a complaint through our Complaint Procedure. We endeavour to respond to accessibility reports within a reasonable time, usually within 15 business days of receiving the report.
For your information, under the Polish legal system the contact point for notifications regarding the accessibility of certain products and services is the President of the Management Board of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (PFRON) (Art. 67–68 of the Polish Act of 26 April 2024), and the sectoral market-surveillance authority for electronic-commerce services is the Minister of Digital Affairs (Minister Cyfryzacji). We name these bodies for information only — given the exemption described in §4, we do not declare ourselves subject to the regime of that Act.
